Lot Description

An early 20th century 15ct gold peridot and split pearl brooch, the central square trap cut peridot is collet set and flanked to either side by petal shape split pearl panels with a final suspended pear shape peridot drop. Length of brooch 2.6cms, width 4cms. Weight 5.46gms.

The brooch is in overall good condition. There are some chips to the facet edge of the pear shape peridot visible with magnification. There are blisters and blemishes to some of the split pearls and slight scratches to the gold in keeping with the age of the piece.
