ROLEX - a stainless steel automatic gentleman's Oyster Perpetual Air-King wrist watch circa 1997, the blue sunburst effect dial with hourly applied luminous markers, quarterly Arabic numerals, Rolex crown to twelve o'clock, all surrounded by an outer minute track, tonneau shaped case with plain polished bezel, fitted to an associated black leather strap, movement calibre 3000, numbered 14937539, model number 14000, serial number U117767. Case width 33.2mm.

Rolex wristwatch. The automatic movement is currently functioning. The dial, hands and glass appear in be in very good condition. Please note the hour hand is not red as photographed in the catalogue. The case and bezel have scratches and scuffs as a result of general wear. These scratches are most noticeable to the right hand side of the watch and the left hand side of the case, above the crown. The edge of the bezel has a tiny dint to it at 9 o'clock. The back of the case has its original green sticker stamped with the Rolex crown and '14000'. The back of the lugs have some light scratching that looks like it has occurred when fitting a new strap. The associated black leather strap shows signs of wear with creasing around the holes. The buckle is scratched and there is wear to the gold plating.
