ROLEX - an early twentieth century silver manual wind gentleman's trench style wrist watch, white dial with luminous Arabic numerals and hands, subsidiary seconds surrounded by outer minute track, signed case with wire lugs, knurled screw down case back and bezel, hallmarked London import 1915 and numbered 656247, fitted with a 15 jewel movement with signature to ratchet wheel, fitted to an associated brown leather strap. Case diameter 33mm.

Condition Report
Rolex wristwatch. The manual wind movement is currently functioning. The dial has a small chip to the edge between 10 and 11 o'clock and some cracking between 12 and 2 o'clock. The luminous paint work to the numerals and the hands show signs of decay. The glass has yellowed and is scratched. The case has tarnished and has scratches consistent with wear. There's a large scratch on the side of the case above the crown, and a noticeable scratch to the side of the left hand side at 9 o'clock. The associated brown leather strap has signs of heavy wear.
