GIRARD-PERREGAUX - an 18k rose gold manual wind gentleman's wrist watch, the silvered dial with hourly applied batons, bordered by a minute track, plain round case stamped 18k 0.750 'industria Argentina', fitted to an associated black leather strap with pin buckle, signed movement with seventeen jewels, numbered 2529105. Case diameter 30mm.

The movement is currently functioning but the action of the balance is very sluggish, the movement would benefit from a service. The case has signs of general wear in the form of light scratches, marks and tarnishing, there are more obvious marks around the inside of the case, possibly from a case knife, but otherwise the majority of these appear to be superficial and should polish out. Glass is very lightly scratched in certain areas, the dial and hands look to be in a generally pleasing condition.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this watch be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
