A George IV silver pair cased key wind pocket watch, the white enamel dial with large black Arabic numerals, the inner case hallmarked Birmingham 1822, housing a full plate movement with verge escapement and fusee, signed Bullingford, Liverpool, numbered 6089. Outer case diameter 51mm. Together with a base metal Swiss made Leonidas military pocket watch A/F.

The outer pair case has lots of small dents and knocks throughout, hallmark possibly Birmingham 1789, and the inner back has been filled - repaired with what looks to be a lead solder, the dial has surface debris and marks, there is a small chip to the edge of the dial around the 5 o’clock position approx 5mm long, the gilt hands have tarnished, the inner case has two small dents, and a few very light knocks, there are scratches and marks to the bulls eye mineral glass, the movement is currently in working order but would benefit from a service.
The Leonidas has deterioration to the nickel plating and lots of scratches and wear and tear throughout, the dial has lots of surface stains and scratches, the hands are missing some luminous segments, the crystal has yellowed, the movement is complete, balance ok, but mainspring at fault. The bow is also missing from the pendant. The case back markings are G.S.T.P T 30474 XX with the broad arrow.
