A Victorian 18ct gold key wind open face pocket watch, the gilt dial with floral detail and rose gilt Roman numerals, ornately decorated case with floral and scroll detail hallmarked London 1855 and numbered 7917, unsigned full plate English lever and fusee movement with oversprung balance and diamond endstone numbered 7917. Case diameter 41.1mm.

Condition Report
Movement is currently functioning but would benefit from an overhaul, case shows signs of general wear with light scratches, marks and tarnishing, but the majority of these appear superficial and should polish out, case detail still looks sharp, the glass has a few light scratches, dial looks to be in a generally pleasing condition, with some light scratches from previous services, hands are lightly tarnished.
