Lot Description
A Victorian 18ct gold key wind open face pocket watch, the gilt dial with raised Roman numerals and central engine turning, the case having milled band and decorated with ornate floral and scroll detail, hallmarked Birmingham 1850, with the makers mark RS, fitted with a full plated English lever fusee movement. Case Diameter 38mm.

Condition Report
Pocket watch. The key wind manual winding movement is currently not functioning. The dial is scratched, partially towards the top and by the 7 o'clock numeral. The glass has some chips to the right hand bottom edge between 2 o'clock and 6 o'clock. The glass also has some scratches. The case has some light scratching as a result of general use. The bezel has a tiny patch of discolouration between 5 and 6 o'clock. The back of the inner case has some scratching around the winding mechanism.
