Early twentieth century keyless wind quarter repeater full Hunter silver pocket watch, the white dial with black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and blue steel hands, the plain case with continental hallmarks 0.935 numbered 57324, gilt movement signed The Scout, with Swiss lever escapement and overcoil hairspring. Case diameter 52mm. S/D Loose gong, cracked dial.

Condition Report
Movement is currently not functioning. Dial has a very large chip at 5 o'clock, exposing the metal under the dial and another chip at 10 o'clock, which also exposes a small amount of the metal under the dial. The dial has cracks running from 12 o'clock to 4 o'clock and cracks at 10 o'clock radiating towards the centre of the watch. The subsidiary seconds dial has a small crack running from the figure '60' to '10'. The glass is missing from the watch. The case has some scratches and scuffs as a result of general use. The back of the case has a small dint 2 o'clock. One of the gongs has broken off and would require repairing. The loose gong is included in the lot. The watch would require an overhaul.
