Lot Description
A late 19th century brass cased carriage clock, the inset with five bevel edged glass panels enclosing a white enamelled dial with black Roman numerals and hands, Swiss lever platform escapement, height to top of carry handle 14cm. Together with an eight day mantel clock. (2)

Condition Report
Brass cased mantel clock, movement is currently not functioning, dial has some marks in various places and it is also cracked at 5 and 9 o'clock. The glass has a few scratches, hands are lightly tarnished. The case is corroded, especially back of the case. The pendulum is broken and it need to be cleaned, and the bob appears pitted. The base of the clock appears to be in good condition with few scratches.
Brass cased carriage clock, movement is currently functioning, the dial appears to be in good condition and it would benefit from a clean. The hands are lightly tarnished. The case is scratched and tarnished. The top of the case with a presentation inscription. The glass on the side of clock appears to be in good condition, just need to be cleaned.
