Millenium silver rose bowl of circular form with flared lip, gilt interior, detachable pierced silver grill with central circular AD 2000 panel and raised above a conforming circular foot. Hallmarked Albert Edward Jones Birmingham. Diameter measuring 6 ¼ inches (16 cm), weight 12.6 ozt (395 grams).

The bowl displays some general scratches, marks and tarnishing. There has been a repair to two small areas where the narrow piercing has split. There is a small dint to the rim of the bowl. The hallmarks to both parts are clear and legible.
