An early 20th century bug brooch, the main wishbone panel with a later added sapphire and diamond set bug. Length of brooch 3.5cms. Weight 5.05gms.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall good condition. There are slight scratches to the wishbone, we believe the bug to have been added at a later date. The sapphire is of medium blue with an even saturation of colour running throughout the stone. The diamonds are nice and bright, there is a black inclusion to the table face of the diamond visible with 10x magnification. The pin and catch is secure.
