A 1970's diamond shell brooch, with sections of twisted rope detail and inner lip set with brilliant cut and old cut diamonds. Length 4.4cms. Weight 10.7gms.

Condition Report
Overall good condition, the brooch would benefit from a clean. The hinge and clasp are in good working order. The diamonds are quite bright and lively considering their setting, the cuts of the diamonds don't all match, there are some old European cuts, rose cuts and round brilliants, two diamonds near the base of the lip are chipped, one quite badly.
