Lot Description
Two early/mid 20th century items, to include a cased white/brown jade bar brooch and a pair of white/brown jade drop earrings, each with belcher chain links above a cylindrical tapered jade bead termination. Length of bar brooch 8.6cms. Length of earrings 4.3cms. Both with fitted boxes stamped ' To the admiralty J,R&W Laing 10 Gordon St Glasgow Diamond Merchants'.

Condition Report
The bar brooch is in overall good condition. There are some slight scratches to the jade, the pin and catch is secure, the box is a little worn in places. The earrings are in overall good condition, the jade drops are fairly well matched, there is a near surface reaching fracture to one. There are slight scratches to the ear fittings and belcher links, the back fittings may not be original to the drops.
