Overall very good condition, with just minor surface scratches to the clasp. Hallmarked 18ct gold, stamped Tiffany & CO. 750. Diamonds are quite bright, lively and internally clean, estimated total diamond weight 0.32cts. Clasp is in good working order. The pouch has two small marks just under the printed Tiffany & Co..
