A base metal manual wind military issue watch head by Vertex, the black dial with hourly applied luminous Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, central broad arrow, outer minute track with luminous dot markers at five minute intervals, the tonneau shaped case, case back engraved W.W.W. above reference numbers A11381 and 5524297, signed fifteen jewel Revue calibre 59 with overcoil hairspring. Case width 35mm.

Condition Report
Vertex watch head, movement is currently functioning, hand setting mechanism is stiff and there is evidence of rust on the winding stem, case shows signs of heavy wear with scratches, marks, tarnishing and degradation of the plating, additionally there is evidence of some corrosion and pitting to the case back, glass is cracked, the luminous paint on the dial has discoloured and deteriorated, this is also very much apparent on the hands which also bear signs of surface rust.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this watch be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
