Lot Description
An 18K gold keyless wind open face Longines pocket watch circa 1901, the gilt engine turned dial with black Arabic numerals and six o'clock subsidiary seconds, the round case with Art Nouveau style engraving to the reverse having vacant cartouche, personal engraving to the inner case back, stamped 18K with the Swiss mark of Helvetia, signed jewelled movement with Swiss lever escapement with overcoil hairspring. Case diameter 48mm.

Longines open face pocket watch, keyless manual winding movement is currently functioning, dial has some marks and visible scratches, glass has some scratching, case has scratches and marks as a result of general use, left hand side of the case has some dents between 9 and 10 o'clock, right hand side of the case has some scratches at 3 o'clock, personal engraving to the inner case back, wear to the gold plating on the bow.
