An open face keyless wind silver pocket watch signed Sir John Bennett Ltd, London, the white enamel dial having black Roman numerals, outer minute track and six o'clock subsidiary seconds dial, the plain round Dennison case numbered 493989, with Birmingham hallmark for 1925, fitted with fifteen jewel Swiss three quarter plate movement, case diameter 49mm. Together with an earlier key wind example, the white dial having large black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial and gilt hands, the silver case stamped .925, hallmarked London import 1919, fitted with a three quarter plate key wind and set movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 51mm.

Condition Report
Sir John Bennett Ltd open face silver pocket watch, keyless manual winding movement is currently functioning, dial has a very small hairline to the edge at the nine o'clock position, hands have light surface tarnishing, glass has lots of small marks and scratches, case has scratches and marks as a result of general use, the hinges are in good condition, the case back has a couple of light surface imperfections/knocks.
Open face silver pocket watch, the key wind and set movement is currently functioning, the dial has a hairline crack and some marks to the centre, and two hairlines running from the ten o'clock position, the gilt hands have scratches and surface marks, the case has surface marks and scratches and small knocks and dents through out, the engine turned case back has wear to the outer edge with vacant cartouche, the hinges are in good condition, pendant release is operating ok.
