Lot Description
A ruby and diamond cluster pendant, the central oval ruby surrounded by brilliant cut diamonds and a further tapered baguette cut diamond shaped border. Estimated total diamond weight 0.50cts. Length (including suspender) 2.2cms, width 1.3cms.

Condition Report
The pendant is in overall good condition. The ruby has a abrasion to the facet edges and a couple of chips in places. The ruby is quite mauve in colour with a slightly uneven saturation of colour throughout the stone, angular colour zoning is visible when the stone is turned. Some of the diamonds appear fairly dull, many of the outer baguette cut diamonds with easily visible inclusions. The claws would need to be checked, there are slight scratches in places.
