Overall fair condition, with minor surface scratches, the central claw setting and diamond and outer claw settings and diamonds are possible later additions, the gold differs in colour and the diamonds are of a better quality, also the central diamond is brilliant cut. The cultured pearls don't match, one has a cream hue with pink overtones and the other has a white hue with pinky/purple overtones. Some of the diamonds have small chips to them. The pin is in good working order and is a possible replacement.
