Lot Description
An oval shell cameo brooch, depicting the Three Graces with an outer scroll engraved border and a loose oval cameo depicting Hebe administering nectar to an eagle. Length of brooch 4.5cms, width 3.7cms. Length of cameo 4.6cms, width 3.7cms.

Condition Report
Both cameos are in overall fair condition. The loose cameo is dirty with some hairline fractures running through the shell, the surface is also scratched with dirt and wear to the detail. The cameo to the brooch is not very well carved, the detail to the cameo is quite rough with little detail to the faces. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the outer border of the cameo, the pin is metal. The rim holding the cameo in place is uneven.
