Lot Description
An 18ct gold ruby and diamond cluster ring, the central oval cushion shape ruby is claw set and surrounded by brilliant cut diamonds with a further diamond to either shoulder. Estimated total diamond weight 0.85cts, colour H-I, clarity VS1-SI2. Dimensions of ruby 6.5 x 6 x 2.7mm. Ruby abraded to facet edges.

Condition Report
The ring is in overall fair condition. There is abrasion to the facet edges and table facet of the ruby, the stone would benefit from a repolish. The ruby is rich red hue with an even saturation of colour running throughout the stone, the pavillion has been cut sloping to the one side this is visible through the table facet. The outer diamonds are nice and bright and the settings all appear secure. There are slight scratches to the ring shank. Ring size N1/2.
