Lot Description
A Royal Artillery diamond set brooch, set with single cut diamonds, the surmounted crown decorated with green and red gemstones. Length 3.2cms, width 3.9cms. Weight 9.85gms. With box 'stamped By appointment to H.M The Queen - Goldsmith & Crown jewellers Garrard & Co Ltd 112 Regent Street W1'. AF.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall fair condition. There is damage to the blue enameled ribbon where the enamel has chipped quite deeply exposing the gold to the base. There is also some abrasion to the top enameled section. The single cut diamonds are all fairly nice and bright, the settings would need to be checked. There are slight scratches to the back of the brooch in keeping with the age of the piece, the catch is a little loose. The box is in overall good condition, there are slight scuffs in places.
