The brooches are in overall fair/poor condition. One turquoise is missing from the cluster brooch, the turquoise are not very well matched some are more green and others are more pale turquoise, the split pearls are faitly well matched, some are dirty and would need to be cleaned. There is slight abrasion to the facet edges of the amethyst, there are slight scratches to the back of the brooch, the hinge and catch appears to have been re soldered at a later date, the pin is metal. The jade brooch is in fair condition, the back pin is metal and loose, there are areas of discolouration and dents to the terminations, the detail is off straight. The jade is in good condition. There is some damage to the mourning brooch to the sides where the metal is dented and discoloured, there is some greening to the embossed detail, the back pin is loose. There is some abrasion to the glass facets.
