A late Victorian split pearl bar brooch, the central raised oblong panel is set with split pearls terminating in fan and scrolling decoration with further bead detail and vacant panel to the reverse. Length 4.8cms. Weight 5.5gms. With an associated case.

Condition Report
Overall good condition, with minor surface scratches and small areas of tarnishing, in keeping with the age of the piece, there is a small split to one of the beads, pin is very slightly bent, hinge is in good working order. The split pearls are well matched with a white hue and slight pink/purple overtones to most, most show some areas of blistering. Box is in fair condition for the age and clasp works.
