MURRLE BENNETT - two brooches to include a 9ct gold opal pin, set two circular cabochon opals in an intertwined design (length 3.5cms) and a 9ct gold enamelled stylised brooch, with a central blue/green mottled enamel panel and outer openwork scroll detail. Length 2.5cms, width 2.8cms.

Condition Report
The opal pin brooch is in overall good condition. There are slight scratches to the brooch in keeping with slight wear, the opals are in good condition and fairly well matched, with a white body colour displaying pinks greens and blues. The 9c and makers mark are a little worn yet legible. The other brooch is in fair condition, the enamel is chipped to the one termination and slightly to the other. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the gold. The pin and catch is secure, one of the outer scrolls of bent of straight.
