Lot Description
A late Victorian silver rose bowl, the body embossed with scrolls amongst flowers, dual cartouche, one with personal engraving. Hallmarked James Wakely & Frank Clarke Wheeler London 1898. Height measuring 4 1/2 inches (11.5 cm), weight 11.9 ozt (371 grams).

Condition Report
The item displays general wear, scratches, marks and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Scratches are very visible to the interior. There are numerous dents to the body including a larger dent to the base causing the body to sit lop-sided. One cartouche is vacant, the other with engraving, which does display some wear. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
