A modern silver ashtray, with a central circular panel embossed with stylised motifs and a similarly embossed rim, hallmarked Adie Bros Ltd., Birmingham 1950, diameter measures 4 1/2 inches (11.5cm). Together with a small shaped circular dish with splayed panelled sides and an applied embossed rim, hallmarked Adie Bros Ltd., Birmingham 1959, diameter measures 3 1/2 inches (9cm). Total combined weight 4.98 ozt (155 grams). (2).

Both items display general wear and surface marks and scratches. There are also some small nicks/dints in the metal to both. On the ashtray there is some wear to the embossed decoration. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
There are some very evident scratches to the interior of the dish and also a little wear to the embossed decoration. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
