Lot Description

A modern silver caddy spoon, modelled in the form of a jockey's cap and embossed with foliate and star motifs against a reeded background and with a vacant shield cartouche to the peak.  Hallmarked Francis Howard Ltd Sheffield 1967.  Maximum length 50mm.

The spoon is in generally good condition.  There are some minor surface marks and scratches and a little tarnishing.  The rim of the cap is very slightly misshapen - at the back near to the hallmarks.  The hallmarks are slightly rubbed but still legible.
