A cased modern silver tea service comprising tea pot, coffee pot, hot water pot, cream jug and twin-handled sugar basin, each of octagonal sided bulbous form, the tea, coffee and hot water pots with ebonised handles and finials, also with a pair of sugar nips, all in a large fitted black leather case. Hallmarked J B Chatterley & Sons Ltd., Birmingham 1970 (sugar nips 1968). Total combined weight 68.31 ozt (2124.8 grams).

Condition Report
All pieces display general surface marks and scratches and also a little tarnishing. There are some more evident scratches to the undersides and also some edge scuffs/nicks. Some of the seam lines are also visible. All the hinges are in good working order. All hallmarks are clear and legible.
