Lot Description
A modern silver salver, the applied shaped rim embossed with shell and foliate motifs, the whole standing on three acanthus scroll feet. Hallmarked Adie Bros Ltd., Birmingham 1948. Maximum diameter 9 inches (23cm), weight 14.88 ozt (462.8 grams).

Condition Report
The salver displays general wear and surface marks and scratches. There are numerous scratches to the centre of the salver and to the underside and some of these are fairly deep. There are also some minor nicks and pin prick marks. There is a little wear to the embossed decoration and areas of collected polish. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
