Lot Description

A mid 20th century six piece dressing table set, each piece with green and yellow enamel decoration and central marcasite panels in a fitted soft leather case.

Overall fair condition, all pieces show wear, there are large chips to the enamel on both bottle tops, the mirror and the powder jar, there is also a crack to the enamel on the mirror. The yellow enamel has faded in areas. The bristles to the larger brush show some discolouration to the ends. One of the bottle lids seems stuck and has deterioration of the enamel around the bottom. The leather case is very worn, the zip is detached from the case in areas, the leather has patches of wear visible and the interior shows discolouration, stains and some thread bare areas.
