Lot Description

Three silver thimbles and a shell cameo with a scrolling border, two thimbles have engraved abstract floral decoration, the other is of traditional style with banded border, hallmarks for Charles Horner, Chester 1929.  Length of brooch 4.8cms. Total weight of thimbles 17.9gms.

All items are in overall fair to good condition. Bruising and dents can be seen to all three thimbles. The hallmarks and stamps to the thimbles are rubbed. No obvious cracks or fractures can be seen to the cameo. The brooch setting is bruised. Scratches, scuffs and tarnish can be seen to all items, general wear.
