A Victorian 9ct gold retractable pencil, with a scroll engraved case and rectangular vacant cartouche. Hallmarks for Chester 1896. Weight 16.63gms.

Condition Report
The pencil is in overall fair condition. There are slight scratches to the pencil in places, in keeping with the age of the piece. The hallmark is nice and clear and the makers mark is a little rubbed yet legible. There are some more serious scratches to the base of the pencil that may need attention. The twist function to the pencil is at fault and does not seem to work
