Lot Description
An early 20th century mesh bag, the large silver top has a mounted mirror with embossed decoration depicting cherub heads and scrolling border with attached chain handle. Top and handle stamped with London import mark 1906. Length 14cms. Weight 159.8gms.

Condition Report
Overall fair condition, the mesh part of the bag seems to be a base metal, certain sections have rubbed and are showing a copper colour. There is a small hole in the mesh to the top of the bag. There is some tarnishing to the silver top and slight loss of detail to the decoration. There is a lot of peeling and blemishes to the silvered mirror backing. There is tarnishing to the handle.
