Two cameos brooches to include an oval shell cameo brooch depicting the side profile of Diana the Huntress, also an oval purple paste brooch depicting in relief the profile of a lady with long wavy hair. Length of shell cameo 5.8cms.

Condition Report
Overall fair to good condition, the shell cameo shows some hair line fractures to the top of the piece and an area of weakness to the very top. The carving still shows good detail, but there are two noticeable scratches to it. The mount is in a fair condition, there is tarnishing to the reverse, to the joins. The pin wobbles on its hinge and is a possible replacement.
The purple paste cameo has a noticeable chip to the raised oval edge and also nicks. There is a large chip to the bottom of the profile which has a hairline crack running from it up to the neck. There are a couple of chips to the hair and also minor damage to the nose and mouth. The detail of the features is fairly intricate. Length 4cms, height approximately 2cms, and width 3.2cms. Pin possible replacement.
