Lot Description
Two items to include a late 19th century smokey quartz set fob and an 18ct gold marquise shape hardstone cameo ring, the cameo depicting an elegant lady playing a lyre. Height of fob 3.5cms. Length of cameo 1.5cms, width 0.65cms. Total weight 19.29gms.

Condition Report
The fob is in fair condition. There are scratches and shallow dents to the fob in keeping with the age of the piece, some of the detail to the suspender loop is heavily worn. The collet to the smokey quartz is worn to the corners in places with indentations. There is a central near surface reaching fracture to the smokey quartz, the foil backing has started to decompose and appears almost rusty to the backing. The ring is in better condition, there are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with slight wear. There is a chip to the edging of the cameo visible with magnification and slight abrasion in places. Ring size L.
