Lot Description
A late 19th century emerald and diamond pendant, the circular domed pendant with a central star shape emerald and diamond cluster within a twist design surround. Diameter of pendant 1.8cms. Previously a brooch with later added suspender .Weight 8.10gms.

Condition Report
The pendant is in fair condition. There is quite serious discolouration to the dome and scratches and wear. There are some chips to the facet edges of the emerald visible with magnification, the outer diamonds are nice and bright. The back galss to the vacant panel is heavily abraded and scratched. The pendant was previously a brooch, the catch has been removed and the later pendant loop has been added to the hinge.
