Lot Description
Two brooches, to include a 9ct gold tiger claw brooch with engraved scroll design detail and a late 19th century citrine brooch, the central oval citrine surrounded by a scroll design border. Length of tiger claw brooch 3.2cms, Length of citrine brooch 4.5cms, width 3.4cms.

Condition Report
Both brooches are in overall fair condition. There are slight scratches to the mount of the tiger claw, the 9ct stamp is a little worn. The pin and catch is secure. There are slight scratches and dents to the border of the citrine brooch, the catch has been reattached at a later date and there is visible lead solder. The citrine is in good condition, the pin and catch is secure, the back collet to the citrine appears quite dented.
