Lot Description
A late 19th/early 20th century fancy yellow diamond and ruby coiled snake ring, the pear shape diamond is set to the head of the snake with cabochon ruby eyes and engraved detail to the head and tail. Accompanied by a report from the GIA stating that the diamond is 0.76cts, fancy yellow colour and SI2 clarity. Report number 1/22187-001, dated 7th March 2011.

Condition Report
Overall fair to good condition, with noticeable light surface scratches from general wear, some areas of pitting are visible throughout, there is some loss of detail to the engraving. The ring would benefit from a clean. There is minor abrasion to the rubies. Ring size N/61/2.
