An opal ring, the oval cabochon opal is in a collet setting with openwork curved design shoulders. Stamped 585. Length of opal 2cms, width 1.6cms. Weight 5.47gms.

Condition Report
The ring is in overall good condition. There are scratches to the opal that are easily visible with magnification, the opal would need to be repolished. There are slight scratches to the ring in keeping with slight wear. The opal is white, displaying pinks and greens, the colours appear quite subdued due to the abrasion. Ring size M.
