MURRLE BENNET & CO. - an early 20th century brooch of scrolling heart design collet set with a cabochon turquoise (stamped MB Co 15ct), together with an amethyst and split pearl openwork bar brooch, stamped 15ct, length 4.8cms Total weight 6.6gms.

Condition Report
Overall fair to good condition, both would benefit from a clean and both have light surface scratches.
The heart brooch has a couple of patches of slightly deeper scratches and a small piece is broken that connects the central section to the bottom section. The pin is slightly bent and wobbles on its hinge. There are some natural imperfections visible to the reverse of the turquoise.
To the bar brooch, there is a solder repair to clasp, one of the split pearls seems to be a replacement and is much more grey in colour than the others, the other split pearls vary from purple to cream hues.
