ROLEX - a stainless steel manual wind Oyster Speedking Precision wrist watch circa 1955, the patinated dial having hourly applied silvered markers, quarterly applied Arabic numerals, coronet to twelve o'clock, surrounded by an outer minute track, the tonneau shaped case, reference 6420, serial number is rubbed but appears to be 172396, fitted to an unoriginal black Hirsch leather strap with tang buckle, signed seventeen jewel calibre 1210, numbered 97458. Case width 30mm.

Rolex wrist watch, manual winding movement is currently functioning, dial shows marks and discolouration, hour markers and numerals are tarnished, hands show marks, glass has scratches, case has scratches and marks as a result of general wear, left hand side of the case shows dints towards the centre, top right lug shows noticeable scratches, strap shows signs of wear with creasing and a visible scratch to the leather on the bottom segment, buckle shows tiny dints.
Due to the opening of the case back we recommend that this watch be resealed by an authorised technician before use near water.
