A base metal keyless wind open face military issue pocket watch, the white enamel dial having luminous Arabic numeral hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock and outer minute track, the plain case stamped 7887 beneath British broad arrow flanked by the letter 'D', fitted with an unsigned fifteen jewel movement with club tooth escapement and overcoil hairspring. Case diameter 53mm.

Open faced military pocket watch, keyless manual winding movement is currently functioning, dial shows discolouration to the luminous numerals, dial also shows some small marks, most visible of these marks is to the subsidiary seconds dial, hands also show discolouration to the luminous inserts and the hour hand shows a small patch of loss to form a hole, case shows scratches and marks, visible scratching close to the pendent, bow has a dint.
