A 9ct gold manual wind gentleman's wrist watch by J W Benson, the silvered dial having hourly applied black Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, surrounded by an outer minute track, the tonneau shaped Dennison case, hallmarked Birmingham 1948, fitted to an associated brown strap with gold plated tang buckle, signed 15 jewel Cyma calibre 364, numbered 184523. Case width 23mm.

J.W Benson wrist watch, manual winding movement is currently functioning, dial shows marks, hands have tarnishing and marks, glass has scratching and there appears to be small pieces of debris trapped under the glass, case has scratches and marks as a result of general wear, left hand side of the case shows small dints and a noticeable scratch towards the top, right hand side has visible scratches both above and below the crown, these are most noticeable towards the top, strap shows signs of wear with creasing, discolouration and scuffs, buckle shows marks, scratches and tarnishing.
