Lot Description
An 18k gold key wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial having black Roman numeral hour markers and an outer minute track, the ornately decorated case, stamped with an eagle's head, scroll and foliate design to bezel, middle and pendant, engine turned decoration and floral decoration to rear, fitted with an unsigned gilt Lépine style movement with cylinder escapement. Case diameter 31mm.

Open faced pocket, key winding manual movement is not currently functioning, dial has a crack by the 'X' numeral as well as some small marks, hour hand appears to be broken, hands have small marks, glass has marks that appear on inspection to be an adhesive to the edges, glass also has some small scratches, case has scratches and marks as a result of general use, back of the case has light but visible scratches, hinges show wear to the corners.
