A Victorian 18ct gold keyless wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial having black Roman numeral hour markers and outer minute track, the plain case, hallmarked Birmingham 1898, with monogram to rear, fitted with a gilt half plate going barrel movement with partial chaton set train jewel, right angle ratchet tooth lever escapement, bi-metal compensation balance and overcoil hairspring. Case diameter 34mm.

Condition Report
Open face pocket watch, the movement is currently functioning, dial appears to be in a quite good condition but it is cracked between one and three o'clock, hands show some superficial scuffs, glass appears to be in a quite good condition but it is loosely attached to the watch, may need a service, case is slightly scratched to the whole surface as a result of general use but majority of these scratches appear to be superficial only and should polish out, there are also some deeper scuffs noticeable but only few and in various places, generally watch appears to be in a quite pleasant condition.
