Lot Description
A 20th century 9ct gold open face keyless wind open face pocket watch signed J.W Benson London, the white enamel dial with black Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, bordered by a minute track, the plain round case with London hallmark for 1931, numbered 1412, signed fifteen jewel movement with club tooth lever escapement and overcoil hairspring. Case diameter 49mm.

Open faced pocket watch, keyless manual winding movement is currently functioning, dial appears to be in good condition with some small marks, glass shows some small marks, case has scratches as a result of general use, case band has visible scratching at 11 o'clock which looks to have occurred when opening the case, inner back case also has scratches at 11 o'clock, hinge shows wear to the corners.
