The cufflinks are in overall good condition. There are slight scratches to the back of all of the circular panels and the 18ct & plat stamps are worn in places, a couple of the back panels are dented. All of the onyx is in good condition. One of the split pearls is quite heavily abraded and the nacre is heavily damaged, one of the others is also abraded. The central chain links have been added at a later date as they appear to have formerly been dress studs. The box is scuffed to the outside and discoloured to areas of the silk.
