A Victorian locket and chain circa 1880, the oval hinged locket with engraved foliate, thistle and scroll detail on a faceted belcher link chain. Length of locket (including suspender) 4.4cms. Length of chain 53cms.

Condition Report
The locket is in overall good condition. The detail is all quite clear, there is slight wear to the outer detail. There is some greening to the inner rim, the locket does not close flush.The belcher links are quite worn and much of the faceted detail worn away, some links are dented, the link joining the clasp does not appear original, the clasp closes secure.
