CARTIER - a 1930s 9ct gold sapphire money clip, of rectangular shape with a sapphire cabochon set within the central circular panel. Stamped Cartier London JC. Hallmarks for London 1938. Length 4.5cms. Weight 14.30gms.

Condition Report
The money clip is in overall good condition. There are overall scratches to the piece in keeping with general wear. The hallmark is clear, the makers marks is a little rubbed yet legible. The sapphire has patchy colour distribution with easily visible angular colour zoning and areas of pale colour. There are easily visible inclusions and colours from thin film interference
